Caregivers Grief Support Group

Losing a loved one is always painful — but when you've been their caregiver, the grief can be especially complex. Often, caregiving becomes more than a role; it becomes your identity. When that role ends, it can leave you feeling lost, uncertain, and disconnected from who you are.

This group is a safe space for anyone who has experienced the loss of a loved one they cared for. Whether you were a full-time caregiver, a part-time helper, or something in between — you are welcome here.

Together, we’ll support one another through the process of grieving, healing, and rediscovering ourselves. Learning to live again takes time, grace, and patience. Let’s walk this path together.

We meet every third Monday at 7pm CT virtually via Zoom.

Caregivers Support Group

First off I’m glad you found us, welcome! This group is special because it’s created just for younger caregivers—Millennials and Gen Z—who are juggling the unique challenges of caring for parents or loved ones. While many support groups are geared toward older adults caring for aging spouses or parents, this one recognizes the distinct experiences of being a young caregiver. It’s a space where people in a similar stage of life can come together, share their journeys, and lift each other up.

At its heart, this group is about connection and community. Being a young caregiver can feel isolating, but here, no one has to go through it alone. It’s a place to talk openly about struggles, fears, and emotions in a supportive environment, free from judgment. More than just a place to discuss caregiving tasks, it’s a source of emotional support and practical advice from people who truly understand what it means to put so much of your own life on hold for someone you love.

Above all, this group is a reminder that young caregivers deserve to be seen, heard, and supported. It’s a chance to learn from one another, build meaningful relationships, and know—without a doubt—that you are not alone in this journey.

We meet virtually every first Monday at 7 pm CT via Zoom.
